Inspiration
The simple perfection of nature inspires my work through soft colors, textures and organic forms. The purpose of each art work is to bring nature inside home.
Materials
I carefully make an assortment of natural fibers, such as cotton, wool, flax, sisal, raffia, jute, hemp. The natural color of the fiber is always predominant.
Process
For every new art piece, I work with what I have available at the moment in a slow creative process, handweaving in a frame loom or 4-shaft loom.
